It is humanly impossible to do what is right without God, and the same is true for those who have professed Christ as their Lord. Living according to your own will and leaning on your own understanding is a weakness that leads to the pure corruption of one’s mind. This is the valuable importance of why we need salvation and why we need to remain surrendered to God’s will. When we do this, we are better and whole, able to impact the world with God’s truth and light.
The great commandment is the foundation of impacting the world and our relationships.
Matthew 22:37
“You shall love the Lord your God with ALL your heart, with ALL your soul, and with ALL your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Your yes to God saves you, but it also helps to illuminate the truth in darkness. We must commit ourselves to being ALL in: ALL our heart, ALL our soul, and ALL our mind!
