5Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding;
6in all your ways know him, and he will make your paths straight.

God’s time is not our time. What may feel like a lifetime to us may only be a few seconds or minutes to Him. one thing is for sure, He’s always right on time. Just reflect back on your life to every situation, every season, and you can identify how He aligned every step in the process to where you are currently.
It’s a great and wise mindset to focus on the present, but when our present is sometimes not what we expect or desire, we must reflect on where He has brought us from. This should give us HOPE & PATIENCE for our future. He has a plan and when He provides us vision, let us not put our own timeframe on it. It will come to past when He knows the timing is best for us.
Often, those visions from Him are are actually what gets us off task. It’s so good that ‘we’ attempt to make it so ourselves. It may not happen immediately and time may go by. Rest assured, He has not reneged on that vision but He is letting it unfold when the time is right.
