SUP With Me: Words of Inspiration
We have been extended the opportunity to receive the greatest gift of all, our savior Jesus.
John 3:16 states, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God pursued us in Love by sending His Son, Jesus the Christ, to save us from sin and bring us back to Him, our Heavenly Father.
As we witness in Genesis chapter 3, God has always desired relationship with us, His creation. This started from the very beginning with Adam. God provided Adam with everything he needed including a home (Garden of Eden), assistance through the animals He created, and the creation of woman (Eve). Even in the turn of man’s heart with Adam and Eve’s disobedience towards God, He still loved them. Now, God does have conditions, but His love always remains. Adam and Eve were ordered to leave the Garden of Eden. Even still, God’s provision did not stop. Along their journey, God was still there making away.
God never changes, and He doesn’t deny Himself of being our help. God loves us just as He did Adam and Eve. He cared for them, and He cares for us. He set a plan in place for their redemption and for all of mankind to follow.
Do you see the pattern of God?
Do you see His consistency and faithfulness?
God’s plan has never been for us to endure without help. Hurting is a choice, a result of something that has occurred, but able to be mended or relieved. Your help, my help, our help, is the anointed one, our Savior, our deliverer; He is our Christ Jesus. He cares, He is able, and He is willing to comfort, relieve, restore, and renew. Adam and Eve recognized their wrong and felt the pain, but they also experienced the power of God’s refuge and provision. Question is:
What will we choose, how much more are willing to endure alone when there is ever present help surrounding us daily???
He is our refuge, strength, joy, and peace. Don’t live your life in hurting but be restored in Christ Jesus!
